get_org_context
Beschreibung
The organization’s teams, people, and roles. Grounds who does what. Each person carries their roles, the teams they belong to (teamNames), the teams/units they LEAD (leads), and their managers (managers) — each {name, userId, type, status}, where type is “solid” (the line manager, at most one) or “dotted” (matrix/dotted-line). To find someone’s direct reports, take the UNION of: people whose managers include that person, and people whose teamNames include one of that person’s leads — excluding the person themselves, de-duplicated by userId (falling back to name where userId is null). Use the union rather than one or the other: an org that has not authored its reporting line yet has no managers at all, and a partially authored one would under-report if you stopped at managers. A manager’s status marks them inactive when set to anything other than “active”; it is unset in most orgs. There is no directReports field by design — deriving it from managers keeps it consistent with the server-capped people list. Contains personal data (names, emails) by design. Server-capped.
