Beschreibung

Ändert genau eine Aufgabe: Titel, Fälligkeit, Zuständigkeit und/oder Status — "done" schließt sie ab, "open" öffnet sie wieder. Geschrieben wird nur, was Du übergibst. Erlaubt für die zuständige Person, den Ziel-Owner und die Person, die die Aufgabe angelegt hat; eine persönliche Aufgabe nur für Letztere — wer sie nicht sehen darf, bekommt { error: "not_found" }, wer sie sieht, aber nicht ändern darf, { error: "forbidden" }. Abschließen benachrichtigt die Follower wie in der App. Für Lesen-Ändern-Schreiben übergibst Du das updatedAt aus search_tasks als expectedUpdatedAt: Hat sich die Aufgabe inzwischen geändert, wird nichts geschrieben und Du bekommst { error: "conflict", currentUpdatedAt, task } mit dem aktuellen Stand. Nur verfügbar mit Schreibzugriff (goals:write), für die Organisation freigeschaltetem Schreiben und aktivierten Aufgaben.

Beschreibung für das Modell

Diesen Text sieht das KI-Modell — unverändert und auf Englisch, so wie ihn der Server ausliefert:

Change ONE task: its title, dueDate (YYYY-MM-DD, or null to clear), assigneeId (an org member, or null to unassign; goal tasks only) and/or status — “done” completes it, “open” reopens it. Only the fields you pass are written, as the connected user. Allowed for the task’s assignee, the goal owner or its creator; a personal task only for its creator. Completing notifies the task’s followers exactly as the app does, and completing/reopening a goal task lands in the goal’s changelog. For a read-modify-write, pass the updatedAt you read from search_tasks as expectedUpdatedAt: if the task changed since, nothing is written and the result is { error: “conflict”, currentUpdatedAt, task } with the current state — re-read and retry deliberately rather than blindly. Align with the user before writing. Other errors: { error: “forbidden” } (you may not edit this task), { error: “not_found” } (no such task you can see), { error: “invalid_field”, field, reason }, { error: “no_fields” }. On success returns the updated task. Only available on connections granted write access, in organizations that use tasks.
